WORLD HAIR EXTENSIONS LOYALTY PROGRAM
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The "World Hair Extensions” loyalty program (hereinafter "The Loyalty Program") has been developed by World Hair Extensions a subsidiary entity of parent company Margaret’s Hair Gallery LLC. This Loyalty Program is only valid for online purchases on the World Hair Extensions web site (www.worldhairextensions.com).
1. Acceptance of general terms and conditions of membership
The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted the general terms and conditions of membership to the Loyalty Program set out hereafter. The full general terms and conditions of membership to the Loyalty Program are freely available on the website www.worldhairextensions.com
2. Principle of Loyalty Program
This document sets out the general terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program: customers collect points for each purchase made on the website www.worldhairextensions.com.
The points collected allow customers to receive benefits, which are set out hereafter. The points can be collected once a loyalty point(s) has been obtained upon a first purchase transaction at www.worldhairextensions.com
3. Membership in Loyalty Program
To be a member of the Loyalty Program, customers simply need to make a purchase on the World Hair Extensions web site and they will automatically be enrolled. Membership is strictly personal, and only the member can receive the benefits described below. The Loyalty Program is offered only to customers, who must be natural persons of at least 18 years of age, residing in the United States. For natural persons aged under 18, membership in the Loyalty Program requires the consent of the minor's legal representative.
World Hair Extensions reserves the right to check compliance with the general terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program.
The customer guarantees the accuracy of all information provided and shall be solely responsible for any erroneous, incomplete or obsolete information. Any erroneous, incomplete or obsolete information in a members account may be cause to cancel their Loyalty Program membership at any time.
4. Benefits of the Loyalty Program
4.1 Collecting points: The member will be awarded points when making a purchase online. One (1) point is awarded for every one dollar ($1) spent (excluding purchases of products on sale, promotions, and excluding purchases made with gift vouchers or exchanged goods).
Purchases made prior to acquisition of the loyalty program membership will not be included.
The loyalty program member may consult their points balance at any time by accessing their account on the website www.worldhairextensions.com
The loyalty points may not under any circumstances be used as a method of payment. The loyalty points do not have any commercial value and cannot be transferred.
4.2 Loyalty discounts: Points can be used by members to purchase any select items in the store. Redemption is done via the customer’s online account at www.worldhairextensions.com by using the Redeem my Points function. An assortment of approved products will be listed and members are provided with a method of purchasing (redeeming) these items by using their Loyalty Points.
5. Returns, Exchanges, Regulations
5.1 Items purchased using Loyalty Program points may not be returned for cash value. Exchanges are accepted, however, are still governed by the Return Policy published on the web site.
5.2 Loyalty Points may not be traded or sold to any other individual under any circumstances.
6. Loss or theft
If there is a breach of account security and an order is placed using a members loyalty points, the member must contact Customer Services as quickly as possible. The account will be cancelled and replaced by a new one. The benefits acquired will not be lost due to this replacement.
7. Change of address
Any change in the member's contact details should be updated website www.worldhairextensions.com. The customer guarantees the accuracy of all information provided and shall be solely responsible for any erroneous, incomplete or obsolete information. Any incomplete, illegible or deleted changes will not be accepted and may be cause for cancellation of membership.
8. Fraudulent use of the loyalty points
Any breach of these general terms and conditions of membership, any fraudulent use by the member of the Loyalty Program, or by any third party acting on behalf of the member, shall as of right deactivate the loyalty account.
The points acquired by breach of these general terms and conditions of membership or by abusive or fraudulent use shall be cancelled without any compensation.
WORLD HAIR EXTENSIONS reserves the right to check compliance with the general terms and conditions of using the Loyalty Program.
9. Modification or suspension of the loyalty Program
WORLD HAIR EXTENSIONS (Margaret’s Hair Gallery LLC) reserves the right at any time to modify the Loyalty Program general terms and conditions of membership without being required to justify its decision. If the general terms and conditions of membership are modified, World Hair Extensions will notify all members.
This Loyalty Program and its general terms and conditions of membership are governed by U.S. and California laws.
