RMA Return Form

Create A Return Authorization Request

Before returning or exchanging a product please create an RMA request form and ship that form with your product. Before doing so please read our Terms of Service, Return & Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Instructions

Step 1. Login to your account. Click here to login. 

Step 2. Once logged in click on the "Track your recent orders" link and then click "View Details".

Step 3. Cick the Add New RMA button from within the details view.

Step 4. Select the items you want to return and the reason and method for return. Please add comments where indicated to tell us a little bit more about what the issue involved.

Step 5. You will receive an email with important instructions. Please do not ship the item(s) until you receive an authorization email from World Hair Extensions.
